About Preconomics

Preconomics is built by Ardenmark Group, from a simple observation: the earlier a project has a defensible cost range, the fewer expensive surprises land on it later. Most owners and developers don't get a real number until they've already hired a GC — and even then it often arrives as a single figure with the reasoning left out.

Brent Flaten brings the construction side — years as an estimator and project manager on multifamily and commercial work, and the person who insisted from day one that every number carry its uncertainty and its sources with it. Kyle Healy brings the engineering — turning that estimating discipline into software that a plan set can actually be run through.
